Christopher is a Physical Therapist, as well as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach through the NSCA. He is also a Conquer Athlete Coach working the Individual Design programming for athletes. He is integral within the Conquer coaching team as he helps to ensure that the Conquer athletes are moving well and works "pre-hab" exercises and methodologies into their training.
