Eamon and Ron as both CrossFit Games Masters Athletes. Ron having competed more than 10 times and winning twice, and Eamon competing at the Games for his first time last year. They both as passionate about providing opportunities for masters athletes and ensuring that their experience is the best possible.
Eamon, although with a small group founded the Masters Fitness Collective during 2020, and it is continuing to grow and offer excellent competitive opportunities for athletes. Give a listen.
