For this weeks guest, we brought back Bo Sandoval for round 2. Bo is the Assistant Athletics Director for Sports Performance at Texas A&M University. He was also the Director of Strength and Conditioning for The UFC as well as the Assistant Director of Strength and Conditioning at University of Michigan.
