Today's guest is one of our very own "Individual Design" Conquer Athletes, Aurora Vellante. Aurora just qualified for Semifinals for the first time and thats not even her most impressive achievement. Aurora is a college professor, CrossFit coach, AND athlete who we could all learn a thing or two from when it comes to time management and achieving goals. She is an impressive lady, and we think that everyone is going to start seeing and hearing a lot more from her.
